WINE Wine Director Sean Lowder, General Manager Mark Fedorchak and Operating Partner Stephen Fedorchak are all enthusiastic wine lovers, and they have collaborated on a wine list that offers a wide array of quality, variety, and value. The list is global in nature, including selections from Portugal, Argentina, Austria, and New Zealand. We are excited to offer at least a dozen half-bottles at any given time, and our wines by the glass range from refreshing white wines like Valminor Albarino to rich red wines like Familia Barberis Malbec.
COCKTAILS The Liberty Tavern is excited to offer specialty cocktails made with fresh fruit, fresh herbs, and premium spirits. We pride ourselves on preparing classic cocktails with professionalism, and at the same time, we are focused on developing modern, innovative drinks that will encourage you to try something new. As an additional commitment to quality beverages, we offer a premium well at The Liberty Tavern, including Skyy vodka, Seagram's London Dry gin, Bacardi rum, Jim Beam bourbon, Sauza Hornitos tequila, and Seagram's 7 whiskey. Last but certainly not least, all our cocktails are made with 1.25 inch square Kold-Draft ice cubes. Ice is an important cocktail ingredient, and Kold-Draft ice machines have been producing "The Best Ice in the World" since 1926.
BEER Our beer selection at The Liberty Tavern is diverse and appealing. Highlights of our draft offerings include Bell's Oberon, Dale's Pale Ale, Brooklyn Lager, and Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen. If you happen to be a little short on cash, we have Miller High Life on tap to tide you over until payday. We also have an excellent selection of bottled beers, including world class choices like Delerium Tremens.
COFFEE The Liberty Tavern is proud to partner with our friends and neighbors at Arlington's finest coffee house and wine bar, Northside Social (located across the street at 3211 Wilson). Our ambitious coffee program features Counter Culture coffee and espresso beans, along with Intellegentsia tea. Individual French press pots are a highlight.
